What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
When you order, book an estimate, or contact us we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order details. Our website also records basic, anonymous usage information (pages viewed, general device type) to help us improve it — no advertising trackers, no selling data.
To quote, schedule, deliver, and bill your order; to send the confirmations and status updates you request; and to respond when you contact us. That's it.
We do not send text messages. Your phone number is collected so the driver can reach you about access and delivery, and so you can look up your order with the last four digits. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
If you turn on delivery alerts, your browser gives us an anonymous delivery address for that one device — no phone number, no name attached. We use it only to send updates about your order, and we delete it as soon as your device or browser retires it. Turn it off any time in your device's notification settings.
We use trusted service providers to run the website, deliver email, deliver push notifications, and process card payments — they process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we share it otherwise only if the law requires.
